Course Description: Landlord Engagement for Service Providers will provide an overview of effective engagement activities to enhance and expand activities related to building and maintaining landlord relationships. Topics will include understanding the landlord perspective, strategies around landlord recruitment, maintaining professional landlord relationships, and suggestions on community-wide activities.
Presented by: Danielle Lindner (Dani) has been working in social services for majority of the past 17 years. She took a short break, working in property management as a landlord, before returning to a helping profession. Her time spent in social services has included working as a program manager for housing programs serving people experiencing homelessness, a victim service provider, and a higher education instructor. She has developed and delivered a variety of training topics and has served on local and statewide committees. Currently, she is working as a trainer and consultant to support Place of Hope in St. Cloud to enhance and expand service delivery
How to register: Registration below is broken into Member & Non-Member. If you are unsure whether you are part of a member organization or would like more information about membership, please contact Michele. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be walked through payment process and receive an automated email confirming your payment and registration. If you choose to pay by check, you will receive an invoice from MESH. Payment is expected prior to training date. Please contact Michele if scholarship help is needed. You may register more than 1 person at a time and note the names in the space provided. The Zoom link will be provided the day prior to the training.
