CEUs offered: 2

Course Description:

When signing up or making commitments in life are you able to pause and consider your why?  This session is for giving space to discuss what you thought you were signing up for and what you soon discovered you signed up for.  This session is about giving ourselves permission to ask questions and re-evaluate if you want, the direction of your life.

Presenter Bio:

“I’ve stayed curious about life possibilities, about how sitting with others holding space with them helps create space for healing to occur”. For the past 16 years Jean Loyd worked with Emma’s Place as a Youth Program Coordinator (3 years), Simpson Housing as a Youth Advocate, Family Advocate, Single Adults with mental health diagnosis (10+ years) and is currently at Lutheran Social Services as a Case Manager for the Anoka Supportive Housing programs working with singles and families who’ve been diagnosed with mental health.  In 2012 she became interested in how the body can relax into a place of healing. Jean is certified in Restorative Yoga and continues to be curious about the healing of our bodies through various modalities and became certified in Energy Medicine, Thai Yoga Bodyworks Level 1 & 2 and Reiki level’s 1 & 2.  She has studied abdominal massage (Chi Nei Tsang) in Thailand at Omsala School and is currently a student at CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy School & Clinic in the East West program.
