Course Description:

COVID-19 has affected virtually every part of our lives, including the law. Rules have changed since March drastically and usually without any notice. These are complicated and important issues.  This first half of this training will break down and summarize the current rules and offer a glimpse at to what might be next. The second half of the training will be reserved for questions on COVID-19 related landlord/tenant issues or any other landlord/tenant legal questions presented.

Presenter Bio: Mike Vraa is HOME Line’s Managing Attorney and has practiced in landlord/tenant law since 1996. He’s given over 1,200 speeches on the topic to over 37,000 audience members around MN. Mike has been the lead author on two books on MN landlord/tenant law and quoted in dozens of media, including USA Today, NPR, MPR, Star-Tribune, Pioneer Press, WCCO (radio), KSTP, FOX-9 news and many others.

How to register:  Registration below is broken into Member & Non-Member.  If you are unsure whether you are part of a member organization or would like more information about membership, please contact Michele.  If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be walked through payment process and receive an automated email confirming your payment and registration.  If you choose to pay by check, you will receive an invoice from MESH.  Payment is expected prior to training date.  Please contact Michele if scholarship help is needed.  You may register more than 1 person at a time and note the names in the space provided.  I will send out the Zoom link to participants the day prior to the training.
