In this workshop we will continue integrating the Spirit of MI into our way of being with clients while introducing four critical practitioner skills called OARS. You will learn “Agenda Mapping” to focus on a “target behavior” for change using counselor skills of asking open-ended questions, identifying strengths, and using reflective listening.
