Client Centric Practices and Engaging Difficult Clients

To be effective advocates, we need to know how to build trusting relationships with the people we serve.  But not everyone finds it easy to trust people who “just want to help.”  In this presentation, we will talk about how to work effectively with people who, at least in the beginning, might not be excited about working with you!
