Homelessness 201: Self-Care Through the Lens of Honoring Your Values on Zoom

May 7, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

There is a cost for this training.
CEUs offered: 2

Course Description:

In this line of work, working with people we are required to wear several hats, we may enjoy helping others yet there are dynamics and challenges that come with it. I believe in the importance of taking time to become aware of how this impacts us mentally, physically and spiritually.  “Thoughts are like children, they scream until they get your attention.”  In this discussion we will talk about how this field impacts us in these various areas and how we can honor who we are, while becoming aware of what we may need to continue this continuous journey called LIFE. This workshop is about looking at what is important to you and how you can bring more awareness of this into your life.
