May 7 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Self care is so much more than what we do yet, for much of our existence we keep doing the same things and waiting for different results. In this workshop we will find out how finding our voice and speaking our truth will help assist us to be more present in our lives through finding ways to voice our truth. When you are voicing your truth it has an impact on you physically, mentally and emotionally
