Homelessness 201: Self-Care: Creating Space To Be Whole on ZOOM
January 26 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
MESH believes the trainings and topics we cover are essential to doing the best work to care for others. We also believe it’s important to care for self. We aim to offer a few different self-care trainings throughout the year to give you an opportunity to intentionally do that work.
Three areas of focus for this workshop will be:
- Importance of paying attention
- Benefits you receive when understanding yourself
- Possibilities you create when you honor the essence of who you are
After being in this workshop you will see where you can create more space to lean into what matters to you and honor it.
