Course Description:
This session asks the question: what am I holding onto that is no longer serving me in this season? We will discuss what past beliefs may be hindering us from creating space to build trust and will take the opportunity to examine what needs to be added or taken away from our “backpack” of life to give us the best self-care and bring our best self to our professional and personal lives. This session is designed to give ourselves permission to grow in the discomforts of life.
